The Statements of Whistleblower Protection
The Company embraces scrutiny from its employees, business enterprises, and all members from the general public. Any and all report of breaches of compliance rules of the Company backed by proof or leads will be investigated in an objective and independent manner. The Company will verify in accordance with internal procedures and give prompt feedback on the investigation results to the whistleblower. Any and all verified breaches of compliance rules will be disciplined.

Any violation under compliance requirements of the Company, including corruption, bribery, illegal gifts and hospitality, concealing information, unfair-competition, environmental pollution, safety harzard of production or products, and infringements of labor rights shall be within the review scope. All Company members and business partners are subject to such review.
The Company encourage whistleblower to report issues on the record. Provision of any and all authentic, accurate and valid proof or leads will boost the investigation. Lawful claims and welfare of the whistleblower are guarded by the Company under highest level of confidentiality.
The whistleblower is protected during the investigation process. Any and all reprisals or discriminatory measures against the whistleblower are strictly prohibited. Any leak or indication of the whistleblower identity, reprisal or discriminatory action will be punished to the full extent of the law and Company’s policy. Any violations of law will be referred to the judicial system.
